Services
We provide:
- AI Receptionist (voice)
- AI Appointment Setter (SMS, email, WhatsApp, web chat)
- AI workflows, follow-up automations, and CRM integrations
- AI Ad Management
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, CRM, and scheduling data.
- Ensure leads consent to automated outreach (SMS/email) in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other laws.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal recording laws when using AI call recording/transcripts.
- Understand that results may vary depending on data quality and campaign execution.
Payments
- Setup and monthly service fees are due as outlined in contracts.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
Limitations of Liability
- We strive for high ROI but do not guarantee specific revenue results.
- Pipe Stream AI is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete client data
- Third-party platform outages
- Compliance failures caused by client’s improper use of leads
Data Processing
- By using our services, you authorize Pipe Stream AI to process communication data (calls, emails, SMS).
- Data is only used for service delivery, optimization, and reporting.
HIPAA & Sensitive Data
- Pipe Stream AI is not HIPAA compliant unless otherwise agreed in writing. Do not transmit protected health information (PHI) unless contracted accordingly.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
